Upcoming influx of Indian 'temporary' students/workers to the UK

Is DC about to smash the workers rights and employment scene in the UK with this sly way of getting round EU restrictions on non-EU workers?

It wasn't that long ago really that India went to China to try and provide cheaper 'native speaking TEFL tutors' and smash our careers. The e-ASEAN network signed an internal deal near the end of 2012 (coming into force in 2014) that means that visas can only be gained for TEFL work by tutors from the five passport holding countries with a minimum undergraduate degree.

There are 2.4mil unemployed in the UK and 240,000 jobs, of which in some areas 4/5 are part-time only.

Lowering wages, increased cost of living, an education system the world is waking up to, and now this?

What exactly will we have to go back to?

Probably using them to replace the Eastern Europeans. Maybe that is why there has been so many articles this week about benefits and housing changes for non nationals and a general clamping down on immigration?

Missing the realpolitik here. If this were true, UKIP would take the Tories to the cleaners.
