Default Unlucky Hammers

First, Callum Davenport (and his mum) get stabbed by some maniac in their home and now it seems that Dean Ashton will soon be announcing his retirement from football. He has evidently been told by a surgeon that, if he plays again, he may end up in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, poor chap.

Not really - it happened in Bedfordshire............. we really have attracted some lowlife scum to our once-beautiful and peaceful county over the years.

will be a real shame about Ashton if true....and all because of the injury he sustained when Wright Phillips hacked him down when training with England....poxy Man City players

I always suspected that SWP was much stronger than he looksDon't you think it was simply an accident waiting to happen? If little SWP was able to injure him so easily, just imagine what would have happened if John Terry had made the tackle.

Blimey............. sympathy all round. That's terrible.

Weird how bad things all come at once - a phenomenon not entirely unknown to me either.............

...and it gets even worse. The FA may decide to make an example of West Ham by closing down Upton Park to save England's world cup bid.
