If there are Indians involved, delete "racism", and insert "caste system"........

A brief update.

All the cash collected was eqully distributed to the labourers in the camps yeaterday. This was done at the same time as the Indian Consulate and Sharjah Municipality were dealing with their visa cancellations. I mention this as, sadly, some people have been making false accusations.

More info, plus photographs, on the FB page 'Love our Labourers'.

One man has already been offered a new job (with thanks to a BE'er for that opportunity) and we have masses of CVs and info to pass on to a major Dubai employer who is interested in up to 150 men. Interviews will take place this week. Other people have also advised us that they have some vacancies and I will be getting back to everyone shortly. You'll appreciate that the coordination is a big job.

It seems that all matters are being sorted and there will be a happy outcome for all of these men. They are a really nice bunch and deserve some good fortune.

Thank you for everyone's support.
