Ultra efficient passport control

I don't really understand why this is as its takes ages to get through passport control....

well I have an egate card and just for fun use a different thumb/finger to what it asks for and still get through,ultra modern/ultra efficient.

Daft twat with a doily on his head last night was "assisting" by distributing one queue between 4 immigration clerks and ignoring the other 2 queues. Must get myself an egate thingy and have some fun...
