it is illegal, as is ecstacy - but you are allowed so much as 'personal', something like 8 or 9 pills and 1 g of coke. Anymore and you can easily be arrested and charged.

The truly outrageous thing about this news story is that the price of coke has gone through the roof, whilst the quality has plummeted.
