From uk about to marry a malaysian
 
Looking for advice from anyone as to the legal process and the redtape involved on malaysian side and also united kingdom side , malaysian lady is not muslim , any help or advice would be welcome , thanks

If you are getting married in the UAE you'll probably only be able to get a church wedding as they don't do civil weddings in the embassy anymore last I heard...just contact your embassy and hers and they will be able to guide you through it surely. That's what I did when I married a Filipina here about 8 years ago (divorced now - you may find south east asian ladies change after marriage or have major barriers with communication).

get a cheap Air Asia flight to Sri Lanka and get married there. so much less hassle.
