This morning I got short changed 1 AED by the shop assistant. My friend was standing nearby, so I didn't complain.

I once took my workforce to TGIF's in UK for a pre-Christmas meal (prelude to a piss-up). This was some time back, and it was the first time I'd had a waitress introduce herself by name. I stood up and shook hands with her :o
