ace, I'll do that tonight, thing is it was a bit sore but fine when I got home, then woke up in the middle of the night and got up and was hobbling around all over the place.

broke mine and tore the ligaments many moons ago playing American football. Have since twisted in probably 30 times so i'm quite an expert!

best think to do though would be not to play

well after some ice and a good sleep it's feeling a lot better now, I'll still strap it up for support and hopefully not get a kick to it tonight....
