Rather than watch others (on the BBC) having a laugh, why not plan your own adventures? Plenty to do around here if you can move yourselves away from the pixels...just a thought? The best part of Arabia is that you can still wander around without too much trouble...Oman, Abu Dhabi, East Coast UAE....it's out there...

It certainly is and I have seen most of it - however at 8:30 pm on a Weds after a busy day knowing I have to be up at five, I'm happy to sit back with a cold beer and let Jezzer Clarkson entertain me for a brief moment of escape from experiencing and exploring the SZR!

Dave Myers (from Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria) and Si King (from Washington, Sunderland), collectively known as The Hairy Bikers, are British television presenters who have fronted the series The Hairy Bikers' Cookbook, The Hairy Bikers Ride Again and The Hairy Bakers for BBC Two.

Both Myers and King have a background in TV and film production. Myers is a professional make-up artist, specialising in prosthetics, while King has served as locations manager on numerous productions including the Harry Potter movies and Byker Grove.

No, the best Top Gear of all time was the one where they biked through Vietnam - genuinely moving in parts, and a stunning travelog piece. They ended up with that floating community that never goes onto dry land in their whole lives - born at sea, live and die at sea.........
