Constant nagging drives me up the wall.
Her: Can you do X?
Me: Yes, when I finish doing Y for you.
Her: Do it now!
Me: I'm doing Y, what difference does it make if I do X or Y first? Look it'll only take me a little while to do Y and then I'll do X!
Her: All right, don't get stroppy.
...30 seconds pass...
Her: Have you done X yet?
Me: No, I'm still finishing Y.
...60 seconds pass...
Her: Have you done X yet?
Me: No, I'm still still finishing Y.
Her: You never do anything, only think about yourself!
Me: I'm doing X and Y for you
.
Then she slams the door and walks off in a huff. That's not the end though because weeks or months later she'll drag up the fact you didn't do X for her when she asked and as a result she questions your comitment to a serious relationship.

I then learned the art of "Yes dear" and it works a treat
.
Her: Can you do X?
Me: Yes, when I finish doing Y for you.
Her: Do it now!
Me: I'm doing Y, what difference does it make if I do X or Y first? Look it'll only take me a little while to do Y and then I'll do X!
