Hi guys,

i have tried dubizzle, dont want to give it to an agent just yet, where else would you look if you were searching for property rentals? I need to rent it out again asap. It belongs to my bro who has lost his job and is back in UK so i need to assist him, but what a ball ache it is!

dubizzle will be the most popular one without giving it to an agent, but it all depends on your pictures and advert quality.

I have a few properties that I let out in London. I've seen the adverts on dubizzle and they are lacking in any relevant information and quality.

Let be honest, even the agents use dubizzle, so tat is the best bet.

Lets now consider what your advert on dubizzle actually looks like.

1) Heading
2) Quality of text
3) Pictures

Just seen the ad. 1375dhs a week on a 6 month contract minimum.

While nice and furnished, it is on the expensive side for a studio, most that want a good quality living environment will go for a 1 bed apartment minimum.

I guess you could either reduce the price, or rent it unfurnished.
