I drink about 5 cups of tea a day, can't fathom drinking the amount mentioned above. Unfortunately I have developed a serioud addiction to Soda, drinkin about 1.5 liters a day (Sprite).

BFB, it's all about the sugar. Switch to Soda Water. Same coldness, fizziness, zero sugar.
