Taj Palace Hotel in Deira

Is it any good? Anyone know it?

I know it's 'dry' but it claims to be 5-star but I'm not familiar with it. My new employer is putting me there until I find a place of my own - which might be pretty quick..............

Your employer put you up in a hotel in Deira?

Deira?

This does not bode well. In the UK I'd be demanding my rights and hauling the employer to the Employment Tribunal.

*shakes head*

Deira?!

My JOB is in Deira.......... walking distance, temperature permitting. I'll be looking for something more permanent up 'the other end', and commuting. But that's later............

It's a good hotel, although dry. A few decent restaurants and a few minutes walk from Al Rigga Road. We used to live pretty close until we moved last year.
