For true loopiness, check out the WRP (Workers Revolutionary Party). They were all devastated when Labour got in in 1997, as they wanted the Tories to win.

Didn't the WRP also fall apart over sexual allegations? Or at least chronic bullying. History repeating itself it appears.

Well, they're screwed. Mass resignations over the last 12hrs as the emergency conference was finally held and it was pretty much a white wash. A Guardian article has surfaced about another rape claim and coverup by the party:http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/20...kangaroo-court
Seeing announcements from Independent activists that anyone in the SWP who doesn't condemn what the CC has done, the coverups, etc, is not welcome to join 'open' events on the streets.
