agree, their pork and leek are the best sausies i've had here...but it's relative, my mum brought some out from her fabulous organic butcher at home, and really, they don't come close...

I'll do it for you next time you come over, with the best creamiest mash and guinness gravy.

I can do two big towers with the banger sticking up and a gravy well in the middle.

Sadly, it is relative, but yes, Park N Shop is by far the best. I dream of a brand called Debbie & Andrew that I used to buy in the UK. Sausage heaven...

GA - you think Dhs 35 a kilo is expensive for decent sausages? That's what the P&S pack in my freezer is priced at.

The best sausages I ever had was pork apple and cinnamon.

I kid you not. Made by a butcher in New York. The combination was fantastic.

I was there a few weeks back and their sausage meat packs were 42 a kg, I currently pay 35

I'm still after decent Scotch Pies in Abu Dhabi...it's getting so bad I may have to fly to Aberdeen and kidnap a chef (a young, attractive one who looks a bit like Laura Fraser preferrably )

Found Scotch eggs in Spinneys but wasn't too impressed. Still better than nothing.

Are scotch pies those round things with mince in them? If so, they have them in Park N Shop.
