Stronger than I think
 

I’m proud of this.

Some mates of my daughter are over for a first trip to Dubai. She took them out on one of the infamous Boat brunches around the Marina and the 24 Y/O fella over cooked it. Daughter and her friend (Lads partner) were distraught that he’d get arrested as he was totally comatose.

Daughter calls Daddy Shed in tears (aka calling in the Thunderbirds when is all goes wrong). Shed and the big Jeep turn up at said dock. I have no idea I could do this, but simply bent down, put him on my shoulder walked 100m with him on my shoulder on a moving dock and dumped him into my Jeep. Headed back to Thunderbird HQ, put him on my shoulder again, climbed 2 flights, 100m walk and held him on my shoulder for the lift journey etc.

Call me stupid, but with my sedentary lifestyle and aging years, I was stunned that I could do this. Bet my eternally busted shoulder will hurt tomorrow.

Having a quiet beer with Frank (my dog) now down the pub while Mrs Shed and said visitors partner watch the perp sleeping it off.

I hope you're having a lot of fun today watching the lad's embarrassment :lol:

That is a great story and one for the ages. It's stuff you read about but never really think happens in real life.
