according to news, people in Dubai should expect A LOT of rain and thunderstorms! basically a fairly foul weekend!

I have a couple of friends in Muscat, and they are saying it is pretty stormy there all ready but the epicentre hasnt hit yet.
Thay are going to try and get some video footage and photies if they do i will post them for you guy to peruse.
He works at the port and he had to evacuate all of his workers and bacically shut down. All school, and places of work i believe are closed till Sunday, giving them time to mop up, i guess.

Yes, i guess it would although i am not positive on that. However, the winds were at their highest when it was out at sea topped over 200 kph
, it has been downgraded now but is still going to cause an awful lot of distruction i fear.BC i knew there was a reason i wasn't keen on the Palm
