Default STOP PRESS: England get extra Europa League place

Along with Norway and Sweden (Fair Play coefficients or something).

More to follow.

Some of us already knew this. The extra place will almost certainly go to Fulham, but they will have to go through a tedious qualifying process beginning in late-June. The Fair Play League is something which has been around for several years. A Europa League spot always goes to teams from the three nations with the best disciplinary record. It's how Man City first qualified back under Sven Goran Eriksson.
