I have some serious probkems with my knees at the minute, basically the fluid yoiu have in the kneecap, well I haven't got much - when I bend down it sounds like there is sand in there (maybe there is ), so I need to get it looked at, but as I'm freelance after losing my job at xmas I have no health insurance.

So....can anyone recommend any good sports physios or orthopedic specialist?

There is only one - Dr George John from Welcare - he's brilliant (he also happens to be the Chief Medical Officer at the Dubai 7s, so he's seen a few dislocated legs, broken heads, etc..........).

no, he did shed loads of physio...he can now play golf ok, but it was a major op so footie still not on the cards i don't think...

another vote for George, he is very good and he sends people to me to get them strong again after treatment.
By the way I don't think he did the 7's this year, he refused to compromise his staff levels when they wanted to cut the payments down!
