Special Olympics in AD

I heard about this on the Radio this morning and UAE doing very well at 130 odd medals!!!

I guess this means they must be at or about the top of the medal table?? Anyone know how they're doing overall?

Went to the opening ceremony which was a great spectacle and enjoyed enormously by the athletes and spectators alike.
Attended a couple of events too, well attended by Emiratis supporting their friends/family participants.
And, The Shed, Didier Drogba was very engaging with everyone st the football!

Volunteered for the golf as a caddy. My little Aussie legend won a bronze and it’s hand down the greatest 5 days I’ve had.

Amazing events, amazing support and just the most wonderful athletes.
