In the UK, they issue 'Milk Tokens' for people on Income Support to buy milk for their children. However, greedy store owners are known to swap them for cigarettes...

OMG...when I think how my mum & dad struggled when we were kids, yet we always had healthy, cooked from scratch meals. I still do this (cook from scratch as often as I can), we have take-away once or twice a month as a treat! And we have both been working FULL-TIME!!
