Bad diet is not just the preserve of the desperately poor. My neighbour is a housewife whose husband has a brilliant job, they have help at home, she doesn't work, the kids are in school full-time...
...and she admitted the other day that she orders in pizza 3 or 4 times a week because she can't find the time to cook. |
