MEGAN Fox was left furious when Transformers director Michael Bay told the actress she looked “unhealthy” and that he wanted her to put on weight for the third film in the movie franchise — and that’s why she quit the project, insiders say.

Bay, 45, allegedly caused Fox, 24, to storm out of a meeting after criticizing the way she looks.

“Megan stormed out after a huge row with Michael Bay,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.

“He thinks she has lost too much weight and looks too frail. He wanted her to put on some weight and it all kicked off.

“The crew don’t think she looks well, let alone the wholesome, curvy star they cast in the first film.

“She’s going for this gaunt, pale image and it just looks unhealthy.”

Aye he's bang on though - Just like in 'Salt', Angelina Jolie was stick thin and looked nothing like some sort of sexy action star.

That's actually a fair point.....she did nothing for me whatsoever in Salt.

I wouldn't exactly say that Fox was 'wholesome and curvy' as they put it. She was always pretty thin.
