Manufacturing company whose owner is a MMJ user seeks to expand into manufacturing products for the easing of chronic pain with marijuana.

Products would include : consumption devices like pipes and vaporizers, cultivation devices like lights and pumps, and complete integrated hydroponic grow systems. To be built in the USA , with an emphasis on ease of use, and higher end quality, fit, finish and design.

Candidates must be willing to test designs, so if you have a political or ethical objection to the use of cannabis to ease chronic pain and suffering then please don't apply. Those who have been acquainted with chronic pain know that the chronic pain sufferer consumes far greater amounts of mmj than any recreational user, and a shortage in supply can mean days or weeks of needless suffering.

We believe the future of pain medicating will be cannabis based, and this line of products will reduce the suffering of many. Our ideal applicant will care deeply about easing the suffering of others and will wish to make a difference.

Compensation: 300 per week, plus 5% of gross wholesale of new products. We prefer to build products in the 10,000 unit per year range so this percentage will be the majority of the earnings. We also have a medical benefit of 75 per month, a company bonus plan and we allow work from home, part time and flexible work scheduling.

Needed qualifications: Passion for engineering, passion for using cannabis to ease pain. Formal degree not required, self taught are welcome to apply. Please apply with a cover letter, resume and a list of your side projects that you have engineered or web links to them. Preference will be given to the most interesting side projects,( complete) over education and no experience. Arduino hacker a plus. Bonus points if you have ever worn a black hat, but current favor white ones. If you like hard work and shipping products on time, then you will probably like us.

Our facility had some cnc milling equipment, two hobbyist 3d printers, mobile app and web development experience, laser cutting, bending and welding - both tig and mig, robotic. Also laser engraving, powder coating, cnc plasma, iron worker, automatic saws, and the capacity to ship 1000 items a day on our packaging line. We like to build our own equipment so that we can stay ahead of our competition, and we like Arduino.
