Can someone please explain to me how this this weird medical procedure works and what it is suposed to deduce?

I recently had to undergo it and was totally bemused by the whole experience

- but the Doc did have to use both hands

I'll do the polls this year.

Roadking already mentioned that one of the Mods should do it and as I don't particularly like any of you blokes on here anyway it should be fairly easy to come up with some nasty ones.

It's a bit more embarassing when the Doc is poking around in your rear to examine your prostate and you just realise that he has both hands on your shoulders !
