So we're moving out of our villa in 6 weeks....
....didn't realise we had such little time left, strangely the Sheikh himself has bought our villa, some real estate dude came round and told us and wanted to see the tenancy agreement, we told him we're leaving and that was all cool,
anyway first off he knows nothing about our 5k deposit, so I guess I'll have to get in touch with the other real estate company who we have the receipt for, which doesn't sound great, and now we need to find somewhere to live, we're after 2 bed villa somewhere that has to be nearish jumeirah and deira (where me and mrs spugsy work), anyone got any suggestions? ta.:unsure: |

Not exactly a 2-bed villa but some newbie said on here a few weeks back that he/she had found a nice 2-bed apartment in the Old Town near Burj Dubai for only Dhs100,000...its really cool around there, near Al Manzil Hotel.
