So then....
....leave work on Monday, no job and no freelance at the moment that I haven't finished,
so we're thinking Dubai is an expensive place to live, I really don't fancy xmas here so.....maybe 3 weeks away?
I really fancy Thailand, I adore the place but flights and that seem dead expensive, anyone know any cheapish airlines or even somewhere I could go and chill for 3 weeks? Bali? India? Phillipines? or somewhere I haven't thought of?
your help would be be greatly appreciated all......

Cambodia and Laos have pretty cheap flights. Three weeks would be about right to see a fair amount on a trip there.
