I could (and have) rant for days on this one hehe.
But my top decrees would be:

• No religious laws allowed to be enforced by the state unless they coincide with secular ones. No state religions allowed to be recognised and no tax payers money permitted to fund any religious programme or activity.
• Full equality of oppurtunity regardless of gender, race or sexual orientation - but a point blank refusal to accept people themselves are all equal, only that they have equal rights.
• Legalisation of most drugs, heavily taxed with extreme punishments for people who abuse others financially or physically due to taking them.
• Full freedom of speech including the right to offend, making only threats or incitement to violence/treason punishable. Let the courts deal with slander and libel.

Other than that I’d let everyone run their own affairs as a sort of federal world wide system and only step in when I see something silly happening. To be honest I’d be too busy travelling the world giving my Royal blessing to comely young ladies to bother with politics hehe.

Women would be allowed to drive, petrol would be free for women driving pissed up husbands/boyfriends home
