She'll be fine............ the difficulty will be (assuming the film covers Thatcher's entire career) to get the voice right as she gets older - Thatcher's voice became more strident, even deeper, as she got older.

Director Phillida Lloyd must have some clout - she directed Mamma Mia, and persuaded Streep to appear in that as well.
