I saw a programme on that though, this 40 odd year old woman who obviously had been hammered left, right and centre for years had a minge like a ham sandwich, so she went under the knife and they sliced off all the bits of ham and hey presto a brand new flange - she was well happy with it.

nah I saw a programme on it back home with that horric fat bitch vanessa feltz, the woman popped up on all fours on the operating table, pulled her cheeks apart and the doctor painted away....thing is, some girls have it a lot more than normal and if they like wearing g-strings or maybe thongs, on the beach and that, then they feel embarassed.
