Dreamland, dad can lie around and read a book while sprogs can wander to their hearts content safely..
and they don't rip you off with the food etc ( it's shit but not extortionate )

I always find it amazing that people here don't bat an eyelid at paying 70 to 80 dollars per person to go into a water park.
That's the same price as getting into Disneyland and more than a day pass for Alton Towers.
Too much money in this town.

I guess that's the price we have to pay for skiing in the desert and waterparks in a place with little water.
Wild Wadi is small and well overrated. The ride up is better than the ride down and isn't that great anyway. Dreamland is far better...no queues and a good variety of slides. Yeah you have to climb the stairs but who amongst us doesn't need a little excercise.
I agree that people seem to spend dirhams like it's worthless.....if the price was charged in quid or euro people might think twice.

People pay more to go to ski dubai - a 400m slope than you pay to ski in france with miles of slopes and loads of different lifts.
