I'm a big fan as well. Went to see them play at Newcastle Arena in December (supported by Deacon Blue!) and they were as good as ever. They played the whole of the New Gold Dream from start to finish.

My mate won tickets through a radio show and was more interested in seeing DB than SM, but the prize was also meeting Jim Kerr backstage - and he had to go half-way through DB's set, and he missed all their big hits. He was gutted. He got my Silver Box box set signed by Jim, though!

Waiting for a decision on the AD position. They've already offered me the job twice before and I had to decline, so I'm hoping it's a formality. I also have 2 interviews for jobs in Saudi lined up for tomorrow.

not sure about Saudi, where abouts? see what the guy say? is there a big difference in salary?

I'm imagining that it's a bit like Ras Laffan in Qatar - a huge petrochem site. If there's the chance to get out to Bahrain once in a while it won't be too bad.

then you must make sure you get a multi entry/exit visa as part of package there are a few guys posting on here from Saudi, speak to them
