Anyone else using shop and ship? Previously found them to be quite good but in the last few weeks they have entered the wrong account on one quite valuable item that would have ended up a nice free gift for some local in UAQ.

Now today on another item they have somehow managed to deliver to the wrong place.

I've had an account with them for at least five years and only ever had two problems with them. They weren't delivery issues though.

Once they overcharged in weight and I fought that and another time over-enthusiastic opening of a parcel meant a book cover was damaged. There was a credit for that.

Used them in Dubai and now in Qatar and always reliable.

Have had far too many parcels to be sensible and have had a couple of missing parcels of late. I suspect it's just a volume thing and they were pretty good about tracking them down and getting them to me in the end.

turned out the item wasn't delivered to the wrong address. their courier just updated the wrong item in their system

Simple enough mistake. The guy who brought a parcel to us this week was having a meltdown as he'd gone from a couple of dozen a day to hundreds, back of his van was utter chaos
