Scotland has always had an unique approach to Property Law i.e basis lie in Fuedalism?- Agree?
The rest of Uk(that doesn't vouch for all of Ireland) has a different property
law which emulates the leasing stuff going on.

Scotland has a completely different legal system based on the Roman Law system rather than Common Law as found in England and Wales. Northern Ireland has a different legal system from England and Wales but I think it is based on Common Law.
