Sexism in Law

How is this justified. Brother and sister in Germany have 4 kids together. He gets 2 years inside, she gets 1 year probation?

there is no doubt its wrong and yes you have to feel sorry for the kids, but the sentences are wrong. should be the same for both of them.

Don't think its sexism Ins.....more criminal age.She was 16 when she first committed incest-that may well have taken her to a Juvenile or Young Person's Court with sentencing tarrifs. He was 24 therefore 'solemn' procedure and heavier sentences. Then there is mitigation.Just my thoughts.

what do you feel is appropriate?

shame for the kids though, are they alright physically?

They should both (the parents) be put down or sent to some certain countries that condone that behavior

some nurse at JA clinic when we were getting my daughters medical card asked my wife and i if we were related..'i was..yea she is my wife'...the nurse kept on 'i know, but are you related'. I kept on 'yea she is my wife' my wife nudged me and informed me that in some parts of the world people do have sex with their family members..

Its bloody disgusting..
