From my anecdotal experience, I'd presume any attempt to perform work/motion studies in certain workplaces will be fiercely resisted.

They are not answerable to you or me. Why should we care ? I reserve my wrath for targets nearer to home - like the House of Lords.

Well.., that could be said of most any news. I am just curious because working only 1 hour a day is rather shocking and RT isn't Reuters.
