Spoiler Alert!
Haven't seen such a load of tosh in ages! Did nothing to help the two young guys in jail and probably put other people at risk for little purpose. A couple of months spent reading Arab News might have helped them get over themselves and given them some pointers as to real directions to research. As for the silly 'cover story' and undercover filming, well the Saudis ain't stupid. You can get more info during a quick browse through Youtube, much of which was used in this so-called documentary.

Living in KSA can be okay if you have an employer with clout and you live in a good compound. The employer with clout means that things like paperwork gets done properly. The compound insulates you from the harsh reality of life in a country that is..........different.
Do not fall for the stuff that is printed in the papers. You have to experience life there for yourself. I was there over a lengthy period and spent a total of 17 years there between 1970 and 2011, when I retired. Jeddah was the best place to live, but the job I had at KFUPM in Dhahran was the best job ever. I do not just mean in terms of earnings, but as a genuine positive experience where I got on well with colleagues and students of many different backgrounds.
