welivehere- ants can eat anything including vomit. But they don't have to. Their favourites are macaroni cheese, burritos and a good old fashioned roast chicken dinner.

WE can eat anything including vomit but I've never tried.

No it's not a saliva pocket it's just that without teeth you can eat anything and all that's stopping you is the false paradigm we've been force-fed all our lives, aided by the conspiracy of toothpaste-makers and the dental hygiene lobby. Now nobody would even dare to give a baby anything like a steak and onion sandwich with mustard , but in fact the little fatso would have no problem with it.
