at 13 I imagine you'd get your first kiss, a bit of fumbling in the bike shed with the boy from the year above who you have sort of fancied for a while...and maybe after all that who knows, things move on...that is the 'normal' way to start having sexual experiences...

Castration would be pointless, spitful and brutal-we're not medieval...make him give 75% of his fortune (which I imagine would be many millions) to teen sex education and rape counseling organisations and of course some to the victim herself.

If that's what actually happened it would be rape he does deserve some form of punishment.
Castration would be pointless, spitful and brutal-we're not medieval...make him give 75% of his fortune (which I imagine would be many millions) to teen sex education and rape counseling organisations and of course some to the victim herself.

I think provided no one is forced to do anything and young people are taught respect and contraception their is no right or wrong way.

And if he had done it in a number of other countries it would have been...nothing (unless he forced himself on her of course, then he would be a rapist). This age of consent thing has got me confused and thinking who has the right to say when someone is adult enough to have sex? Seems every other country has different ages ranging from 12 right up to 21 (both seem ridiculous).
