Which is a recommended location for Villa in AD
Moving to Abu Dhabi in March April and am interested in which area, those of you who live in AD would recommend as a good location to look for a villa. So far I'bve had Al Rah Gardens/Beach recommended, tho it seems that only appartments are available at Raha Beach.
We're looking for something with 4+ beds, either private or shared pool, cost up to about 300K AED, (oh yes we are planning to bring our dog with us).
Thanks

Just answered a similar post for this on another forum.
Basically:
On island: Khalidiya, Karama, Liwa, Mushrif, Palms Oasis and the peachy one near Brighton college which has the best kitchen space i've seen in AD.
Off island: Mangrove, Seashore, Al Raha, Al Reef.
There are also masses of little compunds of around 6 houses, which have pools etc. (some on island, most off).
Your best bet is get a reputable agent and have a look at what is on the market, once you get here.
