Default Recommend an international bank

Hi All,

What international bank would you build a relationship with if you knew you were going to work in the Middle East and will have a mortgage here in the UK in a few years? I'm thinking:

Barclays
HSBC
Lloyds TSB

It doesn't have to be limited to the above.

I have a good relationship with NBK

I brought a property in UK recently and secured a small mortgage from them within 1 day. They also have a branch in UK and said if i wanted to move my mortgage to the UK if i left it was no issue. They are more approachable than Barlcays (dimwits); HSBC (lack of commonsense!); Natwest (waste of space) etc
