Check out marksdailyapple.com loads on there plus free recipe book

Or google as loads of paleo sites these days

Personal fav is salmon fishcakes
Can of Alaskan salmon bones and all musher up with seasoning, spring onions, couple of eggs to bind plus some ground almond. Shape and fry in butter serve with massive salad.

Or simple steak with a Parmesan and rocket salad with a balsamic dressing.
Both low carb high protein/good fat meals and delicious

Sweet potato crisps are a nice semi cheat

That's the actual thread, it's a monster, but the pdf at the beginning has most of the dishes so you could search that. Don't know how recently it has been updated though, but you could search out some recipes by searching the thread using the "search this thread" tool which is at the top of the first post box :)

It's only missing the last half dozen recipes. If people are good, whilst I'm stuck doing nothing, I 'may' possibly break it down into sections. How boring is my life at present..........

Any of you guys in ME have any interesting recipes, please add them, always on the look out for something new to cook.

That would be handy, if you're really bored :D

And yeah, some nice ME recipes would be great!
