It was a bona fide German twat mobile, last of the E36 c1999 I think.

Had it 2 days and some twat keyed it in a disabled parking bay in skegness. (Couldn't understand why)............

Whilst there is no way I could afford Volvos back home, I like them here. The SUVs are solid tanks. Even had a crappy corolla bounce into the side of me with barely a paint scratch on me - had worse dents from the mums in the school car park in their Princess Prados slamming their doors into my side. The damage was so minimal that I let the idiot drive off as he was pissed, and local, and I just did not want that particular hassle.....

Horrible design but no doubt will appeal to some.

Reminds me the toy vehicles built for little kids to motor around in.

This looks like the equivalent to one of the body builder gym type birds on steroids

Its still only a concept but I think the response has been generally positive to it, outside of BE that is. To be honest I have seen other pictures of it that make it look a lot more attractive. Maybe its the colour or the angle but honestly it doesnt look as bad as it does here

I think it will be a hit in the Cheshire triangle for sure if they do put it into production.

It must be her size 6 body (after three kids that) has heavily influenced your rapid departure from the Evoque for reason of her involvement.

I am not too fond of Evoque (but only because they will do a 2WD version) but general consensus is that it is a good car, well developed and her contribution is generally deemed as positive even by the likes of Clarkson who previously dismissed her involvement.

I saw one on the freeway (here in Brisbane, Australia) this morning and commented to my kids that I'd like one for my birthday in two days and then went on to say that they must be new and I bet they're everywhere in Dubai.

Yawn.

That's just pathetic.

I'd rather sit in and drive the Evoque than a Honda. Without doubt.

They look like the Range Rover and Porsche Cayenne have had a baby.

I don't like them personally, but there are uglier cars on the roads. What do they cost? What could you get instead for the same cash?

Not too much. In the UK I think they were quoted around 30-45k

To get a good spec one the same as a RR Sport, making the evoque pointless.

Once the novelty wears off I predict they will be worth **** all.
