Random call from Dubai cops

Bit of a random call today. Arabic lady with good English says she's with Dubai Police and they're checking that I am the owner of my car. Gives me registration (knew my name and had my number obviously) and asks if it's mine and if I'm the one that drives it. Hhhmmmm. Did an Mpay check and still got no traffic or parking tickets....

have you got the number they called from? Try calling it back? Or googling?
