makes no odds to me, I'm dry all Ramadan myself, hammering the gym and personal trainer twice a week, healthy food - blimey it's amazing what no booze does to you - dropped 5KGs in the first 4 weeks - so (and I know this is hard to believe) I'm going to carry on booze free as long as I can, done a month, going to try and do another 1 or 2.

Good man. I once ditched chocolate for lent - ended up giving it up for about 4 months. quite easy really, lost weight too.

My experience is that wanking is much harder to give up - 36 hours seems to be the limit.

I lasted a week. We were inspired by an infamous Seinfeld episode.

The hardest thing to ever give up is diet coke. Harder than cigs.

Are you serious? now Tea I could understand... how much of the stuff do you drink?

I know someone who doesn't drink water, but does consume c. 2 litres of diet sprite a day. Can't be good.

Right now I go through about four cans of the crap a day. Two during the day at the office and two at nights. These are the aluminium cans, I don't drink the rubbish out of the plastic bottles. The flavour isn't quite the same.

My office thinks me odd as I also consume vast quantities of water and a typical lunch is plain broccoli or carrots.
