So we are doing 0830-1600. But after second day told that only those hitting kpi targets and with revenue in pipeline 'should' be leaving. Classic.

I pointed out that it is already deathly quiet. My mobile rang twice at work yesterday. One expected and one was the mrs. It's normally non stop.

We've really quietened down during Ramadan, not entirely normal for our industry, however nice. Most of my staff are getting away 2pm/3pm depending on whether they are fasting, I'm sticking around till 5, either getting stuff done I haven't got round to, or avoiding the mother in law at home. The roads are so much less chaotic during ramadan, especially combined with the kids being on holiday!

yup, i'm effectively on holiday now and working on other personal projects etc. the place is absolutely dead as far as im concerned. I normally have some stuff to do for clients over ramadan/ summer breaks but this year given its coincidence with summer exodus its just completely dead

I've got two clients who are still interested in taking my calls for proper reasons rather than just a chat. That's because they miraculously won work the week before it started. It's enough to keep me sort of busy but only just.

Hours changed to 07:00 to 17:00. Should be able to squeeze in 11 or 12 holes before dusk.
