Re: RAK half marathon
Hi Commander,
would love to join... Did rund my first HM last year in Hong Kong, in four more this year. However, not really fast though, PR is just over 1:50 achieved last March in Manila... (very early morningto escape from the heat, on a flat asphalt track trough the business district of Makati).
As the attestation of my degree cetificate is now through, will finally come over this Monday. Will be staying for the maximum of 6 weeks in a hotel nearby office (and somewhere close to MoE). Any good ideas where to collect the training kilometres (or miles respectively )?
See you there

Re: RAK half marathon
Thanks Commander,
see you then at least in RAK, ok, maybe only from behind... But hope the make it under 1:50:00 this time which should be possible in case there is not so much difference in altitude... Hope my work will leave me enough time for training.
Will contact the running clubs when I reach Dubai... Does anyone have a good recommendation about training tracks in Dubai?
Cheers
