I listen to 103.8, I love the show that is on at 5 pm they get some good guests

You don't need a VPN to listen to any BBC Radio station live and many shows have a 'listen again' option.

I used to use this in Dubai, an internet radio, tunes in via your wifi to thousands of stations around the world
