This seems counter-productive. Surely a wide distribution of such items would significantly reduce the prevalence of sex between unmarried couples?

Reading carefully though, it seems to only apply to expats. Does this mean that locals get not only subsidised utilities but also special rights to toys?

They are legal for married couples in Bahrain

We even have our very own grown up toys shop now and another one planned

Highly illegal for single girlies though. Bahrain is liberal by ME standards but has some way to go yet

Ha ha ha - that's hilarious.

Do you have to show your marriage licence? Or turn up together?

You thinking of the EW thread again?? Maybe the son was just helping the maid change the batteries?

Last year you could by in Spinneys in AD the micro ones attached to a bobbly sort of rubber hair band. I don't know why anyone would want a vibrator in their hair--head massage, perhaps?

Interesting picture with the article.

My secretary's got loads of those vibrators in her drawer at work. It's always the quiet ones.

that's an interesting point. Did you know that Hello Kitty (the brand, not me) brought out a "pen back massager" a few years back but had to pull the line because it was being used for, er, other areas. Just thinking, 'cos there seem to be loads of Sanrio stores here and "back massagers" are terribly tame really...
