Good article and the headline pretty much sums it up. One of the issues is khaleeji ethics. Culturally, deceiving and getting one over your opponent, is perceived as good form or good business. The shame is the opponents for being deceived not your for doing the deceiving. Bit like a spoilt teenager really.

Supports Syrian rebels but claims not to support Islamists yet supported AQ affiliated rebels in Libya and MB in Egypt .
